Location: Dr. Curtis Roy & Associates Dentistry, 3703 Johnston St, Lafayette, LA 70503
Schedule: 8a-5p Two days per week, offering flexibility in selecting days from Wednesday through Saturday

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry with full autonomy, including the option to perform advanced procedures
- Deliver exceptional patient care and build strong patient relationships
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Lead and collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records and comply with safety protocols
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Louisiana dental license, BLS and DEA
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
Practice Description
Dr. Curtis Roy & Associates Dentists here are encouraged to practice dentistry with professional judgment and integrity, supported by an experienced team and well-established systems. The practice offers a broad scope of clinical care, including:
- Comprehensive general and preventive dentistry
- Advanced restorative cases, including crowns, bridges, and complex treatment planning
- Implant dentistry (placement and restoration), implant‑supported dentures, and bone grafting
- Root canal therapy and surgical extractions (based on comfort level)
- Periodontal therapy and full‑mouth rehabilitation cases
- In‑house dental laboratory supports high-quality restorative outcomes, collaboration, and continuity of care.
- Clinical collaboration and mentorship are available without micromanagement.
- Dentists are trusted to work within their comfort level, expand skills over time if desired, and refer cases when appropriate.
