As a Full Time Dental Insurance and Treatment Coordinator, come join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.

 

Full Time Dental Insurance and Treatment Coordinator Schedule

Monday and Wednesday 7:45am - 5:00pm

Tuesday 6:45am - 4:00pm

Thursday 6:45am - 2:00pm (no lunch)

1 Friday per Month 6:45am - 1:00pm (no lunch)

Responsibilities

  • Insurance coordination and verification
  • Treatment plan preparation and presentation
  • Patient and Insurance billing processes
  • Collecting, processing and posting payments
  • Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
  • Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
  • Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
  • Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
  • Appointment scheduling and confirmation
  • Scheduling productive and efficient provider schedules
  • Requesting records
  • Patient follow ups
  • Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 2 or more years dental front office experience required, 5 or more years preferred
  • Experience with Insurance Billing Processes and Collecting, Processing and Posting Payments
  • Experience with treatment Plan Preparation & Presentation
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
  • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
