Intown Smile Studio is now hiring a Full Time Dental Practice Patient Coordinator in Atlanta, Georgia!

We are seeking a new Full Time Dental Practice Patient Coordinator to join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.

 

Full Time Dental Practice Patient Coordinator Schedule:

Tuesday - Thursday 6:30AM - 4:00PM

Friday 6:30AM -3:00PM

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet patients for positive first impressions
  • Patient check in/out
  • Coordinating patient payments
  • Answers incoming calls
  • Confirm appointments
  • Confirming patient information and gathering needed patient documentation

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Must Have a minimum of 2 years working front desk of dental practice, with basic knowledge of Insurance, Managing PMS Schedules, Appointment Confirmations, Dental Terminology, Etc.
  • Experience with Fee For Service dental practices/Out of Network Dental Insurance required
  • Experience Managing Patient Leads with High Conversion Rate
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Familiar with Managing Electronic Communications and Multiple Phone Lines
  • Excellent communication style both written and verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Reliable and collaborative team member
  • Goal Oriented-Team Player who takes Initiative and is Solution Driven
  • Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
