Compensation

Expected Annual Earnings: $125,000–$300,000+

Compensation is based on production, experience, clinical skills, and treatment planning, providing significant earning potential in an established practice.

Plus a $50,000 Sign-On Bonus Package.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Flexible Friday scheduling may be available.

• Diagnose and treat oral health conditions
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry with full autonomy, including the option to perform advanced procedures.
• Deliver exceptional patient care and build strong patient relationships
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Lead and collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records and comply with safety protocols

• DDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or AEGD/GPR residency program
• Active Maryland  dental license
• Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
• 2 or more years professional clinical experience preferred
