Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm + every other Friday

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat oral health conditions
  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry with full autonomy, including the option to perform advanced procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and build strong patient relationships
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
  • Lead and collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with safety protocols

Qualifications

  • DDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school
  • AEGD/GPR residency program a plus
  • Active Texas dental license
  • Federal DEA and any applicable certifications
  • Five plus years of  US clinical experience required

Practice Description

Dr. Mark Gray, DDS Cosmetic and Family Dentistry 

  • 30 year established practice
  • Annual production and strong case mix supports a full‑time lead dentist today, with built‑in growth opportunity
  • 100% of new patients for the first five months
  • Operatories: 8 total (2 dedicated to new dentist)
  • Hygiene Support: 2 hygiene chairs/day
  • Dental Assistants: 2 dedicated DAs (10+ years’ experience)
  • Office Manager: 15 years of provider scheduling experience
  • Ability to place dental implants including All-On-Four
  • Top procedures include:
    • Upper full‑arch cosmetic cases
    • Multi‑unit crown cases
    • Endodontics
