Location: Kirby Garrett DDS, 1602 Salem Rd Victoria, Texas 77904

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with option of adding Friday's

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat oral health conditions
  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry with full autonomy, including the option to perform advanced procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and build strong patient relationships
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
  • Lead and collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with safety protocols

Qualifications

  • Friendly, compassionate, and patient‑oriented
  • Strong communication skills and a desire for long‑term community relationships
  • DDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or AEGD/GPR residency program
  • Active Texas dental license
  • Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
  • Experienced and newly graduating candidates are welcome to apply

As an Associate Dentist, you will have the ability to practice full‑scope general dentistry while shaping the types of procedures you enjoy most.
