Responsibilities

As our lead dentist, you’ll provide comprehensive, patient‑centered care while having the opportunity to work with a wide range of advanced treatment options. You don’t need to be an expert in every area on day one—we’re looking for someone who is skilled, compassionate, and excited to grow.
  • Delivering high‑quality general dentistry with a focus on patient comfort and long‑term oral health
    Providing comprehensive treatment planning, including cosmetic and restorative cases
    Having the opportunity to perform advanced procedures such as:
  • Full‑mouth rehabilitation
    All‑on‑X implant solutions
    Sleep apnea and airway‑focused treatments
    TMJ/TMD evaluation and therapy
  • Collaborating closely with a supportive clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience
    Building relationships with patients who truly value personalized care and clear communication
    Participating in ongoing CE and professional development (mentor support available)

This role is ideal for a dentist who is confident in their skills, eager to expand into or enhance advanced treatment areas, and excited to step into a practice that invests in your success.

Qualifications

  • DDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or AEGD/GPR residency program
  • Active Texas dental license
  • Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
  • 3-5 years of professional clinical experience preferred
