A Leadership Opportunity with Stability, Autonomy, and Long-Term Vision

Fawcett Center for Dentistry is a well-established, highly respected dental practice serving the Champions Forest community of Houston for decades. We are seeking a confident, patient-focused general dentist to step into a Lead Dentist role as part of a planned and thoughtful practice transition.

Dr. Wayde Fawcett—founder of the practice—will fully retire in October 2026, and a clear succession plan is already in place to ensure continuity for patients, team members, and the incoming dentist.

This opportunity is ideal for a dentist who values clinical autonomy, enjoys leading a team, and is looking for long-term stability in a high-quality practice. While Dr. Fawcett is available for transition support if desired, mentorship is optional and not required—this role is designed for a dentist ready to lead independently.
