Compensation Range: This wage range $150,000 – $300,000 per year, reflects the expected annual income for this role, based on individual production, clinical skill set, treatment planning, and experience level.

Ideal Candidate

• DDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or AEGD/GPR residency program
• Active Maryland dental license
• Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
• 2 or more years professional clinical experience preferred
• New and Recent graduates with Residency experience encouraged to apply 
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
