Mallard Cove Dental is now hiring a Full Time Dental Patient & Treatment Coordinator in Atlanta, Georgia!

Full Time Dental Patient & Treatment Coordinator Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 7:15AM - 4:30PM

60 minute lunch breaks

Responsibilities

  • Patient check in and patient check out
  • Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
  • Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
  • Insurance verification
  • Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
  • Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
  • Presenting treatment plans
  • Collecting and posting payments
  • Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Requesting records
  • Patient follow ups
  • Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • 2 or more years dental front office experience required
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
  • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
  • Reliable and collaborative team member
  • Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
