Star Dental Partners is currently seeking a payroll administrator to join our high-growth and fast-paced dental services organization (DSO). This position will assist with all elements of the payroll function, including processing bi-weekly payroll for 1,000 plus employees in multiple states and numerous office locations, as well as reviewing payroll reports for the whole organization.
This position is responsible for timely submission and processing of wages, commissions, benefits deductions, garnishments, etc. The goal is to ensure personnel receive the correct compensation in a timely manner.
The Payroll Administrator communicates with all levels of personnel and alerts management of the company to any issues that require immediate attention. As the position involves handling employees' personal information, the administrator is expected to maintain proper security and confidentiality for all employees. The Payroll Administrator will also assist in other functions as needed. This position supports the Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Operations, as well as other departments as directed.
