Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time General Dentist  to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who values patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and a supportive work environment.

What We Offer:

  • 4-day work week: Tuesday through Friday
  • Modern facility with 5 spacious operatories
    • 2 dedicated doctor operatories
    • 3 hygiene columns per day
  • Experienced support team: Office Manager, 2 front desk coordinators, 2 skilled dental assistants, and 4 registered dental hygienists
  • Technology-forward practice:
    • Digital X-rays
    • Intraoral cameras
  • Insurance mix: PPO with a Fee-for-Service component

Qualifications

  • DDS/DMD degree from a U.S.-accredited dental school or residency program
  • Active Florida dental license
  • Active Federal DEA registration and applicable certifications
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of professional clinical experience
  • Comfortable working in a solo provider environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships with patients and team members
