Northside Family Dentistry is now hiring a Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator in Macon, Georgia!

As a Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator, come join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.

 

Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 8:15am -5:00pm, close after the last patient is seen.

Responsibilities

  • Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining productive and efficient schedules
  • Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
  • Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
  • Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
  • Peparing and presenting treatment plans
  • Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
  • Insurance verification
  • Requesting records
  • Patient follow ups
  • Managing recall and unscheduled treatment lists
  • Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 2 or more years dental front office experience
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
  • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
