• Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm schedule with opportunity to grow to include Fridays

• DDS/DMD degree from US accredited dental school or residency program
• Active Texas dental license
• Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
• 3-5 plus years professional clinical experience
