Matanzas Dental Group is hiring a part time Dental Hygienist within in a commutable distance from the  surrounding areas, Jacksonville, Palatka, Palm Coast, and St. Augustine.

Drs. Gregory and Isabell Oxford of Matanzas Dental Group (Formerly Oxford Dental Associates) in St. Augustine, FL, are seeking an additional RDH with availability to work 1 day per week on Fridays or on a Per Diem (PRN) basis at our practice.

This schedule is great for a Hygienist looking to add to their current work schedule or consider for great life balance:

 1 day per week on Friday 7:45am - 5pm with scheduled lunch from 12pm- 1pm

• Screening patients during check-ups
• Reviewing patient's history
• Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
• Documents area of existing restorations
• Use of X-ray
• Instructing patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene
• Conduct screenings
• Assist patients with oral hygiene

• Required to have completed US Dental Hygiene Program 
• Active Florida Hygienist license
• Current BLS/CPR certifications
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
