Georgia Dental Medicine is now hiring an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Part Time Dental Hygienist in Marietta, Georgia to join our caring team and provide quality care experiences to their patients!

 

2 Days a Week Part Time Dental Hygienist Schedule

Monday 7:45am - 5:00pm

Second day flexible 

 

Business Hours (Team Arrives 15 Minutes Before Start Time)

 

Monday 8:00am-5:00pm

Tuesday 7:00-4:00pm

Wednesday 8:00am-5:00pm

Thursday 7:00am-2:00om

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience
  • Screening patients and providing quality care during check-ups
  • Educating patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene care
  • Reviewing patient's history and charting
  • Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
  • Documents area of existing restorations
  • Use of X-ray
  • Support the dentist with procedures as needed

Qualifications

  • Licensed as a Dental Hygienist in the state of Georgia
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach
  • Current BLS/CPR certifications
  • Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
  • Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience
  • Knowledgeable about perio health, comfortable with patient education, and competent with gum therapy
  • Experience with dental practice software
  • Seeking a new team collaborator that is open, positive and flexible
