Full Time Dental Patient and Insurance Coordinator Schedule: 

Monday through Thursday 7:15am - 4:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Insurance Verification
  • Front Desk Registration & Check Out in Dental Practice
  • Managing Emails and Appointment Leads
  • Answering Multiple Phone Lines
  • Building & Managing Multiple Provider Schedules
  • Appointment Confirmations
  • Account & Chart Reviews
  • Treatment Plan Preparation and Presentation
  • Posting Payments

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • 2 or more years dental front office experience, including insurance verification and treatment planning, required
  • Cross trained as a Dental Assistant preferred
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs, preferrable Dentrix preferred
  • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
