Hyde Park Center for Aesthetic Dentistry is now hiring a Part Time Dental Billing Coordinator in Tampa, Florida!  

As a Part Time Dental Billing Coordinator, come join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.

 

2 Days Per Week Part Time Dental Billing Coordinator Schedule:

Monday and Tuesday (flexible to consider Wednesday instead of Tuesday if needed) 8:00am -5:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Billing to insurance companies
  • Account Receivables (A/R) - insurance and patient
  • Accurately post insurance payments to patient accounts
  • Ensure balanced deposits
  • Send balance letters to patients
  • Coordinate patient payment arrangements
  • Notify collections agencies of delinquent accounts

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • 2 or more years dental billing experience required
  • Experience with practice management software 
  • Understanding of dental terminology and applicable dental codes
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
  • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
