Schedule: Full-time, 3 days per week   Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 

Hours: 6:40 AM - 4:00 PM

• DDS/DMD degree from US accredited dental school 
• Post-graduate residency training preferred
• Active Tennessee dental license
• Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
• 3-5 years professional clinical experience
•  Cerec and scanner experience 
•  Experience with Oral surgery, surgical extractions, and implants
