Davie Family Dental is now hiring a Full Time Dental Front Office Coordinator in Davie, Florida!

As a Full Time Dental Front Office Coordinator, come join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.

 

Dental Front Office Coordinator Schedule

Monday and Wednesday 9:00am - 6:00pm

Tuesday and Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm

2nd Friday of every month 8:00am - 1:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet patients for positive first impressions
  • Patient check in/out
  • Coordinating patient payments
  • Answers incoming calls
  • Confirm appointments
  • Confirming patient information and gathering needed patient documentation

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Dental front office experience required
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Reliable and collaborative team member
  • Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
