Overview

Star Dental Partners is currently seeking a hands-on Dental Practice Integrations Manager to join our growing organization. In this role, you will oversee dental practice integrations as we continue to grow through acquisition and expand our overall footprint.  

 

The Dental Practice Integrations Manager will serve as each newly acquired practice's trusted resource for information, process, and connection.  This role will oversee multiple acquisitions concurrently, require strong project management experience, the ability to work in a fast-paced high-growth environment, and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

 

  • Support dental practice acquisitions during the period of time just prior and immediately post partnership with SDP.
  • Establish a strong relationship with dentist partners and their staff.
  • Provide feedback to enhance and improve SDP’s integrations procedures to be transparent and scalable.
  • Gather, review, and organize all required documentation for acquisition.
  • Host new practice partner team staff meetings.
  • Act as a contact for practice management during the post-acquisition period. Including developing communication cadences and providing applicable instruction on established processes.
  • Understand and advise new practice partners on all business SOP's and collaborate with internal business partners to enhance understanding and communication with newly integrated practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two (2) years of dental practice integrations experience in a dental support organization (DSO) preferred
  • Must be located within 30 minutes of a major regional airport within the following states; MD, Washington D.C., TN, NC, SC, GA, FL, LA or TX
  • Ability to travel extensively and with limited notice, up to three (3) weeks per month
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented work ethic
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all team members and 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and works well under pressure
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the initiative to work independently
  • Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrates integrity, responsibility, accountability, and a high level of professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and seamlessly with collaboration from internal business partners
  • Excellent customer service skills; experience serving both internal and external business partners
