Dripping Springs Family Dentistry is now seeking a Full Time Dental Treatment Care Coordinator in Dripping Springs, TX to join their team of collaborative and engaging professionals.

 

Our growing practice is seeking an enthusiastic Full Time Dental Treatment Care Coordinator to warmly greet patients, perform all assigned tasks, and ensure each patient has an exceptional experience with Dripping Springs Family Dentistry.

Full Time Dental Treatment Care Coordinator schedule

Monday and Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Tuesday and Thursday - 7:00am - 3:00pm

Occasional Friday

Responsibilities

  • Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
  • Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
  • Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
  • Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
  • Presenting treatment plans
  • Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Requesting records
  • Patient follow ups
  • Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Dental front office experience preferred
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
  • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
