As a new Full Time Dental Assistant, come join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.

 

Full Time Dental Assistant Schedule

Monday & Wednesday: 7:45am-5:00pm

Tuesday: 6:45am-4:00pm

Thursday: 6:45am-2:00pm

Friday (Once Per Month): 7:45am-1:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Dentists chairside
  • Welcomes patients
  • Prepares patients for treatments or checkups ensuring comfort
  • Selection and setup of instrumentation, equipment and other dental materials as needed
  • Instrument sterilization according to regulations
  • Maintains accurate patient records
  • Lab tasks as instructed
  • Provide post-operative care instructions
  • Maintain clean and stocked operatories

Qualifications

  • Active Georgia dental assistant license 
  • Dental Assistant training/school certification 
  • 2 or more years of chairside dental assisting clinical experience required
  • Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
  • Understanding of health & safety regulations
  • Experience with digital software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
